The Process
Assess scope
Our team will work with your organization to define a process and timeline. We want to be sure there is no disruption in your operation. The process begins with collaboration – your team and our team. We conduct an online assessment of all requirements. Based on the coverage options, your organization chooses the questions and requirements from our database. Your team will work directly with VeriServe to create a custom assessment that meets your specific needs on safety and quality standards.
Notify vendors
We work with you to define types of vendors and the level of verification. Your designated contact, typically a member of your executive committee, will notify your vendors of your partnership with VeriServe and guide the vendor on the enrollment process.
Enroll vendors
Approximately 1-3 business days after your introductory letter or e-mail is sent, suppliers will receive a letter or e-mail from VeriServe which provides each supplier with their login details for their online assessment. The suppliers will receive a summary of their requirements and an invoice with the cost of the program.
Verify vendors
Each vendor will receive a schedule with the deadline for key steps including the completion of their firm’s online assessment. Subject to your requirements, vendors may also need to sign an acknowledgement form and send in supporting documentation for our team to verify and maintain.
Gather documentation
VeriServe monitors the completion of all assessments and the collection of required documentation.
Issue summary
Once the assessments are completed and the documents are gathered, VeriServe will provide you with a summary that gives you the information you need to better understand the level of compliance your suppliers have in defined areas that can directly impact your organizations exposure to risk.
Schedule annual update
Evaluation in today’s every-changing climate is cyclical. Upon completion of the summary, we will schedule an annual update to accommodate your company’s preference.
